sub - conscious healing

Health has become very scientific, but healing is spiritual and even physical, sometimes there can be no scientific explanation for it. I think that we can heal on a physical level and also on the spiritual level which is really our sub-conscious.
Weather or not something really works or not can depends on our ability to believe it does, sometimes things can work on a physical level like medication, but on a spiritual level i think i wouldn't work as it would block out signals and thoughts on that spiritual level but also on a deep sub-conscious level. And somethings work on a spritual level like reiki, meditation etc.
Weather or not some thing works and can or cannot be proven, the proof is in the individual. I have had alot of success with people that have reiki sessions and have had a significant improvement of overall well being, weather or not i actually physically did that or not doesn't really matter because something triggered there sub-conscious to make a change for the better and that's why it cant really be proven because you cant really put your sub-conscious under a microscope and test it physically anyway.
I believe the power of thought can transform the mind and take to places of unexplored intrigue. Its about triggers also, thought patterns, a willingness to believe in the unknown and just to be part of the collective universe and the knowing the not knowing is out there.

Weather you believe it or not, we are all surrounded by energy, we are all part of that energy, we are all an individual to it and we are all connected to it as one unit, each of us is an individual unit contributes to the whole picture.
Therefore by being part of that energy then may be we can also access it, if we contribute to it then why cant we take from it, harness it and use it.
Just because we cant see it doesnt mean its not there, there are a few techniques that we can do to feel energy, for example - visualisation = stand with your hands in front of you about the same height as your face about 30cm apart, close your eyes, imagine a ball of energy is in your hands, you cant see it but you can feel it, now blow as if your blowing up a baloon, feel the energy ball grow in size, keep blowing unitl you feel its reached its intensity, now move your hands around to botton of energy ball, move ball from one hand to another like you would a normal ball.
It may take a few time but being in the moment and being open to the experience will help.

The 7 Chakras

There are 7 chakras, each with a different meaning and emotion, they each serve a particular purpose and when they are working in harmony, like the turning of a wheel then our lives flow in a positive direction.
When they are blocked then we find we come across obstacle's that are hard to over come and we are overcome by the negative emotion associated with the blocked chakra. Reiki helps to unblock these chakras by identifying the cause and releasing it.



1st Chakra = Root
Colour = Red
Sense = Smell
Emotion = Survival, Primal instinct
Element = Earth
Function - Survival / grounding
Glands - Adrenals
This is the basis which all other chakra's follow, if this is not in balance, other chakra's will also be off balance or blocked. Its the most primal of them all, our basic instinct for survival lives here and is our foundation for everything else.
Blocked = Physical - Constipation, Hemorrhoids, Prostate disease
Physiological - Selfishness, feelings of danger, depression, security


2nd chakra = Sacral
Colour = Orange
Sense = Taste
Emotion = self acceptance
Element = Water
Function - Desire, pleasure, sexuality, procreation

Blocked = Physical - Kidney, bladder, reproduction system
Physiological - Insecurity, worries, fears, quilt, money

Electric and magnetic fields (EMF) are produced wherever electricity or electrical equipment is in use.

EMFs in and around the home are produced by anything with electric current flowing through it, such as powerlines running from the street to your home, the home wiring system and electrical appliances. Most household appliances operate on 240 volts, so electric fields are low.

In the workplace, electric fields and magnetic fields may be produced by nearby powerlines, factory machinery, computers, lights, photocopiers, electrical cabling, etc.

Electric and magnetic fields in and around the home can be produced by anything with electric current flowing through it, including nearby powerlines, your home wiring system or electrical appliances in use in the home. However, generally, powerlines contribute little to the electrical fields that can be measured inside a house or office. This is because the walls of the building, in fact any solid object, create a shield from the electrical field. A typical house generally shields at least 90% of the electrical fields from outside.

Both high voltage lines and distribution lines produce magnetic fields. In many cases, high voltage lines are constructed on easements where building is not permitted.

Magnetic fields associated with powerlines depend on the amount of current flowing along the line and the distance from the line. Fields rapidly decrease in strength with distance, therefore inside a house, magnetic fields from nearby powerlines is usually similar to that from wiring and appliances.
